• Provided for service based businesses and agencies.

3. Payment Terms

• We offer subscriptions, one-time fees, retainers, and project-based pricing.

• Billing occurs weekly, every Friday (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Clients are only billed when booked leads are delivered, as defined in the service agreement. If no leads are delivered during the billing period, no payment is due.

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• Not misuse, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer our systems.

• Not use AI outputs for harmful, illegal, or misleading purposes.

• Modify, update, or discontinue parts of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The platform, software, and materials we create remain the property of NextFlows AI.

• Your Content: Any data, inputs, or materials you provide remain yours.

• AI Outputs: Any outputs generated through our tools are fully owned by you, the client.

  
  

7. AI Disclaimer

Our AI systems generate content and recommendations based on inputs and data. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may not always be complete, accurate, or reliable. You are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying outputs before relying on them.

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription or service at any time with no fees or penalties.

• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.

  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
